Sree Vaikundom Mandapam situated at the right side of the entrance of the bye road of Vettimuricha Kotta Vazhappally road leading to the South Nada of Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple and is the largest among the five mandapams. It has a separate auditorium (marriage hall) and dining hall. The auditorium has a seating capacity of more than 1000 Nos. is air-conditioned and the period of the air condition facility is four hours. (If air condition in the auditorium is required for more than 4 hours the booking party shall pay the cost of diesel charges prevailing at the time of the function.) The dining hall is having a seating capacity of 400 Nos. and is not air-conditioned but has a sufficient number of fans to keep the inside atmosphere cool. In addition video wall is arranged in the dining hall to watch the function in the auditorium. The courtyard of the mandapam can accommodate 100 cars. In addition parking facility is available for two-wheelers.
