Ananthasayanam mandapam is adjacent to Sree Vaikundom mandapam and the way to this mandapam is also the by road of Vettimuricha Kotta  Vazhappally road leading to the South Nada of Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple. The auditorium (marriage hall) has a seating capacity of more than 300 Nos. Though not air-conditioned, the auditorium has sufficient fans and the inside atmosphere is always cool and pleasant. There are two dining halls with a combined seating capacity of 280 Nos. The courtyard of the mandapam can accommodate 50 cars and there is parking space for two-wheelers also.
