Bhajanappura palace is situated on the right side of the Vettimuricha Kotta – Vazhappally road after the Ananthavilasom palace and the entrance gate is on the right side of this road. Bhajanappura palace is about 50 meters inside the entrance gate and the Sree Vaikundom mandapam can be seen while coming to the Bhajanappura Palace. During the reign, the princesses of the royal family used to stay at Bhajanappura Palace on certain occasions for conducting Bhajans (special prayers) and hence the name Bhajanappura Palace. Bhajanappura Mandapam has no closed auditorium and the “Poomugham” is used as a roofed open stage for conducting functions. More than 120 with provision for additional seating with temporary shamiana. The dining hall with more than 100 seats is arranged inside the Bhajanappura Palace. The courtyard of the mandapam can accommodate 25 cars and two-wheelers can also be parked here.
